A Message For Our Customers:
As the Christmas season approaches and the year comes to an end, there is so much activity and personal business to attend to. However, it is still a priority for us to take time and thank our customers- Thank you for being part of the QB Medical extended family.
The holiday season also offers us a special opportunity to reflect on the past year and where we would like to go in the coming year. We at QB Medical want to provide you with our upcoming goals to serve you and the community.
Our goals align with helping those who help the service-members (including doctors, staff, and all those who serve our veterans in the community). We see the challenges facing primary care providers who care for veterans. Therefore, this coming year, we will help reduce confusion around the MISSION Act, military-informed care, and community care providers. QB Medical will provide essential information, tools, and resources to help ensure veterans receive the best care possible at every stage of their health journey. We believe that supporting our community care providers will improve veterans’ lives.
Additionally, we will launch new initiatives to streamline the ordering process and reduce frustrations around inaccuracy and back-ordering among our customers. Ultimately, our aim is to save you time so that you have more time to dedicate to serving veterans.
With these main goals in mind, we will produce and distribute content into the community to help everyone have a happier and healthier year. We recommend reading the Field Guide to Understanding Military Culture (below). We encourage you to keep in contact with us during the year as we roll-out exciting new information for veterans.
